| Whiteface Mountain Summit
This summer when we were in Lake Placid, I had the opportunity to climb a mountain for the very first time. I honestly didn't think I could do it since I haven't been working on my cardio and I also have asthma, but I actually did it guys!
Can you believe I climbed all the way up there?
I was about to give up, but seeing this half-way motivated me to continue.
We were kind of idiots to take this route because this was the pro/expert level trail. There were some ropes to help you climb over the rocks but they weren't really that helpful because they were damp from the rain the previous evening.
Even my uncle struggled to climb over them!
In the end, all my hard work was worth it (even though I was halfway to dying at the end). It was a great experience and I definitely would like to do it again in the future.
